1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services of IronTow Brentwood Towing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use means you accept those changes.

2. Services We Provide

We offer professional towing and roadside assistance in Brentwood, NY and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, roadside assistance, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing.

We make every effort to respond quickly and provide quality service. However, response times may vary based on weather, traffic conditions, and service demand.

3. Your Responsibilities

When you call us for service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your location and vehicle condition
• Be present or arrange for someone to be present when we arrive
• Pay for services as agreed upon at the time of service
• Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing
• Inform us of any special circumstances that might affect the tow

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you dispute a charge, please contact us within 7 days of service.

If your vehicle is towed to our storage facility, storage fees apply after the first 24 hours. You will be notified of daily storage rates.

5. Vehicle Condition and Liability

We take care when handling your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues. You acknowledge that towing carries some inherent risks, especially if your vehicle is already damaged.

We are not liable for items left in your vehicle. Please remove all valuables before we tow your car. Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our negligence during the towing process.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service request, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is on the way to your location, a cancellation fee may apply.

7. Storage and Impound

If your vehicle is stored at our facility, you must provide proper identification and proof of ownership to retrieve it. Storage fees must be paid in full before your vehicle is released.

For vehicles involved in accidents or legal holds, additional documentation may be required before release.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, New York.
